“I hit the gas in Chicago.”
Becoming a Bear in 2005, Thomas Jones got his career back on track as he racked up nearly 3,500 yards on the ground in his three seasons in Chicago.
Being a Chicago Bear meant (and always will mean) a lot for Jones. He grew up idolizing Walter Payton and wore the Bears jersey with utmost pride.
We were honored to have Jones on the show. In it, we discussed:
- A few topics surrounding the special 2006 Super Bowl season
- What kind of player (and teammate) he strived to be
- Why he decided to donate his brain and his thoughts on CTE
- How he was able to transition from a football player to an actor and producer
And much more including something most fans don’t know about him and what it meant to be a Chicago Bear.
We hope you enjoy this episode.
**Note** There was a technical issue with slight echo-feedback on our end. We are working on solving the issue for future episodes.
